Solvix Terms of Use

General conditions governing access to and use of Solvix's digital services, including rights, obligations, and limitations of liability.

Purpose and acceptance of the terms

These Terms of Use regulate access to and use of the Solvix platform, its project management tools, productivity features, and digital solutions offered through the website arasap.com. By registering or using any functionality, the user fully accepts the conditions described herein.

Solvix reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying changes at least 15 days in advance via a notice on the platform or by email. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new conditions.

Services and user responsibilities

Solvix provides digital tools for project organization, workflow automation, and team collaboration. The user agrees to use the services lawfully, without infringing on third-party rights or engaging in activities that could damage, overload, or impair the technical infrastructure.

  • Use of the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes is not permitted.
  • The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
  • Solvix is not responsible for content shared by users within workspaces.

Technical limitations

The platform is provided "as is," with the availability and performance levels specified in the service level agreement (SLA) applicable to each contracted plan. Solvix does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain operability.

Intellectual property and license to use

All content, design, source code, trademarks, and materials present on the platform are the property of Solvix or its licensors. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the services for the duration of their subscription.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse engineering of any component of the platform without express written authorization is prohibited. Data generated by the user during the use of the service belongs to them, and Solvix will only process it in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Liability and limitations

Solvix shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Solvix's maximum aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the user during the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Solvix harmless from any claims arising from the misuse of the services, breach of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

Cancellation and suspension of service

The user may cancel their account at any time from the administration panel. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Solvix reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if the user breaches these terms, following a 7-day notice to remedy the breach, except in cases of fraudulent or illegal use where suspension may be immediate.

After cancellation, Solvix will retain the user's data for 30 days to allow for its export, unless the law requires a different period. After that period, the data will be securely deleted.

Modifications and applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Zaragoza, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
